Christian Dating for Us is owned-and-operated by Christians, for Christians.

As such we understand and support your belief and principals, and the operation of this site is governed by them.

Whilst some sites claim to be Christian, they are actually owned-and-operated by companies who also offer regular dating sites, and some times alternative lifestyle sites. What they actually offer to Christians is a section on the site where through their search facilities they can communicate with other Christians.

Why do that when our site offers a totally-Christian environment, operating under strict guidelines?

Our Ethos

We are investing a huge amount of money in the development of this site, and in the marketing to help grow our membership base. We continually strive to provide you with the best opportunity to make new relationships.

Our fees are highly competitive with other Christian sites and cost a lot less than some secular sites. Money from membership is constantly re-invested into the site, and our advertising is worldwide via the Australian Christian Channel as well as the use of local Christian radio stations. We currently have a one year contract with Australian Christian Channel and are constantly reviewing other marketing options.

It is an expensive operation to setup and maintain a site like this, but constant development of our site and our member-base will always be our key focus.

In line with the principal of giving/tithing we have pledged to give 10% of our revenue not our net profit to charities that support third-world countries.

We do not even know if this site will make a profit year-on-year, but regardless 10% of all income (less 10% GST) will be donated.

We are sure that this principal will meet the approval of our members, and we'll keep you updated at regular intervals regarding the amount donated and where to.

As the owners and operators we have pledged that if the site does not have the money to meet this obligation then we will personally fulfil that pledge.

Other companies may claim to make a donation based on net profit, but we felt it was important to tithe/donate based on income, as after costs there may be no net profit, so the claim is worthless. By donating on income, we make the point that this site is not set up to make huge profits for the operators, but here to provide a Christian service and to provide much needed funds to Christian organisations.

Please support this principal, and use this site rather than a secular one.

Our income does include an amount of GST, at 10% the equivalent to VAT in the EU as this is directly paid out in tax, and we have not included it as income. Even discounting this amount, the amount that we will donate to charity will be much higher than if we just donated based on net profit.
